Does the price inculde delivery and set up?Yes, we offer free delivery for Baldwin County and Perdido Key Area. We recommend inquiring before booking for a quote. (Pensacola and Mobile areas) Delivery fees apply for all other areas and range from $50-200. If you live outside of our free delivery zone please send us an email. bounceonthebeachllc@gmail.com

When is the full amount due?When you book our bounce houses a $100 non-refundable (see details in bookings) is due at the time of reserving. The rest of the amount is due before set up time.

What surfaces can you set up on?We can set up on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers, or inside a venue or home depending on the size of the inflatable. We cannot under any circumstances set up on rocks, gravel, or dirt.

What is your rain policy?If it is raining the day of your event and you decide to cancel, the deposit will be held and you are able to reschedule for any future date. If you give more than a 48 hour notice of cancelation due to RAIN ONLY we will return the deposit or you can reschedule for another date. The rain will not hurt our inflatables. We encourage you not to cancel due to rain, as sometimes it may only be scattered showers. The inflatable must be shut off if winds exceed 15 mph. No exceptions. Please stay in contact with us and let us know if you are thinking about cancelling or rescheduling so we can plan accordingly! If you know you will be rescheduling due to rain please let us know by 7am morning of delivery.

How long does it take to set up the Balloon Garland?Depending on the size balloon garlands take between 1 hour and 3 hours to set up!

Do you come back to break down the garland?We only come back to break down the garland if we used one of our metal arches other than that the balloons are their to stay until the client breaks them down!

How much is the install fee?Our install fee starts at $80. The price can go up based on the time to set up and complexity of the garland
